The Bolivarian Government supervised work in the community of Capachal, in the Piritu municipality, in the state of Anzoátegui.

Oversight was carried out by the mayor of Píritu, Lucía Eugenia Córdova, who was accompanied by the president of the government's Anzoátegui State Road and Infrastructure Corporation (COVINEA), KatiuSka Homsi.

“We went to the Capachal community in the Piritu municipality in Troncal 14 where we are rehabilitating a 36-inch sewer that collapsed as a result of the rains,” said Homsi, according to the Instagram account of the Ministry of People's Power for Transportation.

He also assured that they will continue to work hard to have their pace fully restored in the next few hours.

Homsi urged drivers to be cautious and added that traffic will be diverted on site.
