The creation of the Export Promotion Agency is formalized in the Official Gazette

The National Executive, through Decree 5,007 published in the Extraordinary Official Gazette No. 6,843 of September 19, 2024, created the Export Promotion Agency.

This body will be attached to the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Foreign Trade. Daniela Cabello will be in charge of it, in her capacity as manager.

In addition, Presidential Decree No. 5,006 published in the same Gazette ratified the suppression and liquidation of the National Center for Foreign Trade (CENCOEX), which will be executed within a period of twelve months, counting from the publication of this decree.
