The “Made in Venezuela” Business Fair inaugurated in Türkiye

This Monday, June 16, the “Made in Venezuela” Business Fair was inaugurated in Istanbul, Türkiye, with the participation of more than 200 Venezuelan companies exhibiting more than 500 indigenous products.
Speaking to the media from Türkiye, the Minister of People's Power for Foreign Trade, Coromoto Godoy, highlighted that more than 200 Venezuelan businessmen are participating in the fair, hand in hand with their local namesakes.
“There has been a great turnout, we have held business rounds, meetings. We are overcoming the geographical distance, the language barrier and the complicated situation faced by international trade due to the economic war unleashed by the United States administration,” he said.
He also stated that thanks to the leadership of President Nicolás Maduro and his counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, they made it possible for the fair to take place. “We are living a magnificent moment in the field of cooperation between Venezuela and Türkiye,” he said.
The inauguration was attended by the Minister of Commerce of the Republic of Türkiye, Ömer Bolat, as well as representatives of the Bolivarian Government, in addition to Godoy, the Minister of Popular Power for Tourism, Leticia Gómez; the president of Marca País, Daniela Cabello; the Ambassador, Freddy Molina and the governor of Portuguesa Primitivo Cedeño.
For his part, Gómez, through a post on his Instagram account, assured that the fair is a space for commercial exchange that promotes the economic growth of both.
