The United States (USA) is discussing with its European allies in the North Atlantic Organization (NATO) the deployment of troops on the territory of Ukraine after the end of the conflict, said the special envoy of US President Donald Trump for the Russian Federation and Ukraine, Keith Kellogg, in an interview with Fox Business.

Kellogg explained that the so-called “resilience force” would include military personnel from France, Germany, the United Kingdom and Poland. “This force has been known as E3, but is now called E4, since it includes the British, French, Germans and, in fact, also the Poles,” he said.

He noted that this “peace-keeping force” would be deployed west of the Dnieper River, remaining “outside the contact zone” and “it would be as if there was a third party involved to monitor the ceasefire.”

“So we have this quite well planned,” he said, adding that “the president's (Trump) term sheet is extensive” and was handed over to the Russian side, the Ukrainian side and the members of E3. “So we're very, very comfortable with where we are and what peace should look like,” he concluded.
