The Youth Campaign Command has been sworn in for elections on July 27

This Tuesday, July 1st, the Campaign Command “With My People Are Resolved in Caracas Youth” was sworn in, on the way to the National Popular Consultation 2025, which will be held on July 27, together with the Municipal Elections.

During the event, held at the Acoustic Court of Itagua Park, in Montalbán, broadcast by Venezolana de Televisión (VTV), the Minister of Popular Power for Youth and Sports, Sergio Lotartaro, reported that to date, 2,093 projects have been debated in the country's various Community Circuits, as part of the preparatory process for this democratic youth day.

He pointed out that during the campaign, young people from each commune of the national territory will dialogue with the Venezuelan people to present the proposals that will form part of this democratic exercise as part of the “Backpacking Plan”.

“Starting today, all these young people must go out to fall in love, to knock on doors, to talk to their neighbor, their mother, the student, the athletes. Everyone should know that this July 27th we must vote. We have to team up for Comuna,” he said.

For his part, the head of the Caracas Campaign Command, Nicolás Maduro Guerra, indicated that among the most important legacy of Eternal Commander Hugo Chávez is the development of territorial socialism in Venezuela, and that is why we have to go and vote for youth projects.

The vice-president of Mobilization and Events of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Nahum Fernández, emphasized that the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, promotes the construction of the Venezuela of the future, a nation that will be governed and defended by youth, since therein lies the future of the nation.

He indicated that all youth movements in each Community Circuit in the country must be mobilized in an organized manner.

The leader, Riguer Ramírez, highlighted the leading role of the capital's youth. “Caracas is the number one state in terms of youth, in sports development and in the massification of high performance. This is the result of the management of Admiral Carmen Meléndez at the head of the Mayor's Office of Caracas,” he said.

In this regard, he stressed that young people, starting today, will take to the streets to visit every neighborhood and every urban area to guarantee the victory of the Bolivarian Revolution.

For her part, the candidate for mayor of Caracas for the Great Patriotic Pole Simon Bolivar (GPPSB), Carmen Meléndez, reiterated the commitment that all the people of Venezuela have on July 27 to accompany young people to choose their projects in the 1,335 electoral centers of Caracas in the First National Youth Popular Consultation 2025.
