In order to strengthen the popular bases of the Sucre state, a total of 10 Communal Self-Government Rooms in the Altagracia parish of the Sucre municipality received computer equipment, which will make it possible to improve and automate data collection and processing systems.
The provision of these teams was carried out in an event led by the governor of this entity, Jhoanna Carrillo, in the Self-Government Room of the Socio-Productive Commune and Services “Alliance in Revolution II and III”, located in the community of La Llanada, in Cumaná.
The regional president indicated that the new technological tools will allow communal structures to streamline the planning, execution and monitoring of socio-productive projects and policies aimed at improving the quality of life of the population.
Carrillo said that they will also be able to optimize social mapping and the recording of needs to provide more efficient answers to problems affecting families that converge in different communities.
He also affirmed that this initiative is a fundamental step towards the consolidation of the Communal State and participatory and leading democracy.
“A strong and technologically equipped communal government guarantees transparent and direct management, where the people are the protagonists of their own development,” he stressed.
