This Monday, the Public Ministry totaled 223 releases of those prosecuted for post-electoral violence

During the course of this Monday, December 23, a total of 223 revisions of measures were announced by the Public Ministry (MP), to people prosecuted during the post-electoral violence associated with the presidential elections of last July 28, it said in a statement.

In this regard, in the morning, the MP announced 177 releases, in addition to another 46 during the day of evaluation of judicial cases linked to radical and divisive actions against the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.

“With these new approved requests, the number of 956 releases made as part of the due process guaranteed by the Constitution of the Republic is reached.”

In addition, the Attorney General's Office (FGR) “reaffirms its commitment to the defense of peace, justice and human rights”.
