The board of directors of Tiburones de La Guaira announced the appointment of Fernando Veracierto as the new sports manager for the 2025-2026 season of the Venezuelan Professional Baseball League (LVBP).
Veracierto already served as sports manager of the Escualo team between the 2019-2020 and 2021-2022 seasons.
In addition, he has been linked to the team as a management consultant and has extensive experience in organized baseball, being a scout for the Milwaukee Brewers and responsible for baseball operations in Venezuela for that Major League Baseball (MLB) organization, Meridiano reports.
