Falcón state authorities announced the deployment to ensure the safety of the traditional Tour of the Peninsula 2025, which will receive thousands of participants, both from the entity and from all over the country.
At a meeting held by the Secretary of Public Security, Miguel Morales Miranda; the commander of the Zodi-Falcón, G/D Francisco Luis Moreno; together with the Secretary of Tourism, Jorge Haskou r, and the president of Corpotulipa, Yves Marcano, they stressed that all security devices, in addition to public services and fuel supply, are now fully guaranteed.
The Regional Tourism Authority, Jorge Haskour, indicated that in this way they are looking for a perfect mechanism to ensure that locals and tourists have a safe Tour of the Peninsula.
“On behalf of our governor Víctor Clark, we are making every effort to provide security to those who are preparing to enjoy this tourist event whose epicenter is the Paraguaná Peninsula,” said Haskour.
The Tour of the Peninsula, which takes place every January 2nd, dates back to the late 90s and early 2000s. It came about as an idea of a group of friends who decided to take a tour of the peninsular coast to celebrate Merchant's Day, an anniversary celebrated in the state of Falcón to highlight the importance of commercial activity.
