Trujillo: 10 patients were favored with pacemaker surgeries

A total of 10 patients with cardiac pathologies were favored during the day of placing new pacemakers, held at the Doctor José Gregorio Hernández Hospital in the Trujillo municipality.
The Trujillana Health Foundation (FUNDASALUD) placed patients with unicameral and bicameral pacemakers.
In this regard, the president of FUNDASALUD and the only health authority in the state, Yadira Pereira expressed her gratitude because “approximately 10 pacemakers are being placed, thus benefiting the health of 10 Trujillanos who had faith, were confident in making their request through the VenApp and the 1×10 of Good Governance. Two weeks ago, the first five pacemakers were placed and today the implantation of 10 results in a total of 15 devices placed.”
He added that this day seeks to improve the quality of life of patients with heart diseases, thanks to the efforts of President Nicolás Maduro, the support of the Minister for Health, Magaly Gutiérrez and the efforts of Governor Gerardo Márquez.
