TSJ and MINCYT signed an inter-institutional agreement for process automation

With the objective of realizing the automation of the Justice System in all its processes, the Ministry of People's Power for Science and Technology (MINCYT) signed an agreement with the Supreme Court of Justice (TSJ).

The information was provided by the head of Science and Technology, Minister Gabriela Jiménez, in her social media accounts, in which she specified that the signature corresponds to the inter-institutional framework agreement “to promote the digital transformation of the Judiciary”.

He indicated that “the objective of the agreement is to work on the automation of Judicial Power processes, systematizing in a structured and planned manner the actions that fall within the competence of the different institutions that comprise it, such as: Supreme Court of Justice; General Inspectorate of Courts; Executive Directorate of the Judiciary and the National School of the Judiciary.”

He noted that at the meeting “we also celebrate the sovereign exercise of science, which allows us to promote the transfer of technology and human talent from the Judiciary, in digital matters.”

“Promoting the use of Free Information and Communication Technologies, in response to the call of the Supreme Court, is an exercise of sovereignty, where results will be generated for our people,” he said.

Jiménez pointed out that the activity responds to the fourth vertex of the Great Science, Technology and Innovation Mission, Dr. Humberto Fernández-Morán, created by the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, which establishes the creation of technologies and the promotion of innovation to move towards the digital transformation of Venezuela.
