bilateral and multilateral cooperation, reaffirming our commitment to advance in areas
such as energy and mining, as well as to strengthening the relationship between CELAC
and the African Union.”
He ratified
mutual support in building a multipolar world, “where the Global South has a strong and dignified

Relations between Caracas and Luanda are 39 years old in 2025, driven by the arrival of Eternal Commander Hugo Chávez, who established Bolivarian Peace Diplomacy as a fundamental purpose, to strengthen South-South Cooperation, and prioritized relations with the countries of Mother Africa.
