Venezuela and China make a positive evaluation of bilateral relations

This Friday, December 27, at the headquarters of the “Antonio José de Sucre” Yellow House, in Caracas, a meeting took place between the ambassador of the People's Republic of China, Lan Hu, and the Deputy Minister for Asia, the Middle East and Oceania of the Ministry of People's Power for Foreign Affairs, Tatiana Pugh.

During the meeting, the two diplomats made a positive evaluation of the balance of relations between the two countries, the prospects for the year 2025 and the advances in the areas of economic, financial, commercial, tourist, agricultural, cultural, social, scientific and technological exchange.

They also welcomed the achievements achieved in 2024, as part of the celebration of the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations.

With regard to international affairs, both authorities ratified their condemnation of foreign interference in internal affairs, respect for sovereignty and international law, and the absolute rejection of Unilateral Coercive Measures.
