The Foreign Minister of the Republic, Yván Gil, highlighted the agenda for the celebration of the 75th Anniversary of bilateral relations between Venezuela and Iran, of the activities carried out in Caracas, together with the delegation led by the Iranian ambassador to the country, Ali Chegeni.

On his social networks, Gil said: “Today we have reaffirmed that our Peoples share a common destiny and goal: full sovereignty and the fight for a multipolar world where the dignity of all Peoples prevails.”

He stated that “praising the deep friendship that unites our Peoples, we have concluded a day of celebrations for the 75th Anniversary of diplomatic relations between Venezuela and Iran.”

“It has been an honor to share this historic moment with the ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Ali Chegeni,” he said.

At ceremonies at the Yellow House and Plaza Bolívar, Gil offered a few words of thanks to the Iranian authorities, who helped Venezuela in the toughest moments of imperial aggression in recent years.

“So proud to be at the forefront, today, here, celebrating 75 years. It is also a time when Iran has demonstrated its courage, courage, determination and has told the world that it has the capacity to sustain the victories and the progress it has made for its people,” he said.
