The Foreign Minister of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Yván Gil, shared a dinner this Sunday with the president of the Consultative Assembly of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, as part of his visit to the South American country to strengthen friendship and cooperation between the two peoples.

“Their presence revitalizes our cooperation and the shared dream of building a multipolar world, free of illegal sanctions, where our nations can achieve full prosperity,” Gil said through his Telegram channel.

The visit of the Iranian authority is aimed at strengthening ties of cooperation between the two nations and reaffirms the commitment of both governments to building a new world.

Diplomatic relations between these nations were officially established on August 9, 1950, but it was with the arrival of the Bolivarian Revolution in Venezuela that the construction of a fruitful bilateral relationship began at the highest level.
