Venezuela and Russia review bilateral cooperation agenda

The Deputy Minister for Europe and North America of the Ministry of People's Power for Foreign Affairs, Andrea Corao, held a meeting this Wednesday with the ambassador of the Russian Federation accredited to Venezuela, Sergey Melik-Bagdasárov, in which they reviewed the bilateral cooperation agenda.
During the meeting, held in the Social Heroes Hall of the “Antonio José de Sucre” Yellow House, in Caracas, the diplomats reviewed existing cooperation in areas of common interest, in the bilateral and multilateral spheres.
Recently, the Russian diplomat held a meeting with Foreign Minister Yván Gil, at which they reviewed the road map for binational cooperation in 2025, within the framework of the 80th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries, to be held next March.
Caracas and Moscow maintain a strategic relationship of brotherhood and cooperation, which includes numerous agreements in the areas of energy, oil, tourism, culture and education, among other areas.
