In order to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the establishment of Diplomatic Relations with the State of Brunei Darussalam, Venezuela issued a statement to commemorate this event.

In an official statement, Venezuela specified its intentions to deepen bilateral cooperation relations and dialogue at the multilateral level with the State of Brunei Darussalam, with a view to promoting initiatives and projects.

The Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela commemorates the 20th anniversary of the Establishment of Diplomatic Relations with the State of Brunei Darussalam, based on friendship and cordiality between two sister nations that share the same purpose of providing the people with the greatest possible well-being and happiness.

This significant date is propitious to reiterate the willingness of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela to expand the links of bilateral cooperation and dialogue at the multilateral level with the State of Brunei Darussalam, with a view to promoting joint initiatives and projects that promote the development of both nations, based on respect for international law, convinced that together we can build a multipolar and multicentric world.
