Venezuela thanks Honduras for its solidarity in the face of US aggressions

The Bolivarian Government of Venezuela thanks Honduras for its solidarity in the face of aggressions and unfounded accusations by the United States against the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro Moros and the aggression against the Venezuelan people.

In this regard, the Foreign Minister of the Republic, Yván Gil, in his account on the social network Telegram, said that “on behalf of President Nicolás Maduro Moros and the Venezuelan people, we want to express our sincerest gratitude for their categorical rejection of the baseless accusations against our country.”

“Their solidarity and respect for self-determination and international law are a testament to the strong ties that unite our nations,” he said.

This was stated by Gil, in response to the publication of the president of Honduras, Xiomara Castro de Zelaya, who on her social networks expressed her total rejection of the unfounded accusations of the North American empire against President Maduro and confirmed his unrestricted respect for the self-determination of peoples.
