Venezuelan and Colombian Binational Film Festival will take place from November 1 to 5

The 1st Binational Film Festival Somos Hermanos will be held in the city of Bogotá, Colombia, from November 1 to 5, as announced by the Minister of Popular Power for Culture, Ernesto Villegas.
In this regard, through his Telegram channel, in which he indicated that this initiative was carried out through cooperation between the Public Media System of Colombia (RTVC) and the Ministry for Culture of Venezuela, in order to promote audiovisual and cultural exchange between both nations.
He emphasized that this initiative is expected to be released soon in Caracas, which offers a selection of Venezuelan and Colombian film productions that tell common stories, shared experiences and deep perspectives on Latin American identity.
The performances will take place in two renowned spaces in the Colombian capital, Cinema Paraíso and the Plazoleta of the Delia Zapata Olivella National Center for the Arts (CNA), where the public can enjoy this program for free.
Through cinema, both nations reaffirm their historical and cultural ties, to demonstrate that borders do not limit artistic creation, and the consolidation of a cultural bridge that celebrates the brotherhood, dialogue and diversity of their peoples through the big screen.
