The Executive Vice President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, inaugurated the Christmas Expo 2025, with more than seventy entrepreneurs with products made in the country and at affordable prices, in response to attacks and aggressions on the national economy by imperialism.

From the Plaza de la Juventud, in Caracas, Rodríguez stressed that the Venezuelan people reaffirm their vocation for peace in the face of those who bet on fear and aggression. “Venezuela's firm and decisive response in a great national union is peace,” he said.

He pointed out that this Christmas 2025, the collective desire of Venezuelan families, as well as the individual commitment of each citizen, must be aimed at strengthening the spirit of peace, and stressed that the Expoferia is deployed throughout the national territory, as part of the initiatives of the Bolivarian Government to accompany the people in these festivities, promoting encounter and joy.

Rodríguez specified that the Christmas Day 2025 represents an exercise of economic sovereignty, since in this space what has been done in Venezuela is proudly exhibited, as an expression of economic justice and the collective effort of the Venezuelan people.

“It was an order from the President (Nicolás Maduro), 177 fairs throughout the national territory, they are fairs that bring together 1,500 exhibitors, entrepreneurs, the communal economy, the commercial sector,” he said.

He stressed that, although the illegitimate blockade against the Venezuelan economy persists, the people are making progress in the production of their own food, medicines and various goods and services, thus consolidating commercial networks that allow access at fair prices.
