Vice President Delcy Rodríguez: The Resolve Your Street Plan began

The Executive Vice President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, announced the launch of the Resolve Your Street plan, on instructions from President Nicolás Maduro, which will benefit 18 as communes of Caracas and La Guaira.

“We are here on instructions from President Nicolás Maduro. Just two days ago we were in an assembly with all the communes of Caracas and La Guaira, where the intervention plans were defined. Today we are starting this plan,” said Rodríguez.

The vice-president explained that the program is being carried out with a national product: “I want to highlight that it is a Venezuelan product, created between the Ministry of Hydrocarbons and the Ministry of Public Works. This is the 'Resolve Your Street' asphalt, coming from Lake Guanoco, which in the past reached the United States and the Elysian Fields in France, Brazil and which today is destined for the Venezuelan people.”

Rodríguez added that communities and community councils will be able to directly apply this material to repair potholes.

He also reported that the plan will be complemented by roof waterproofing: “In the context of the Resolve Your Street Plan, roof waterproofing will also be carried out, in conjunction with the Community Roof Plan, also using the asphalt of Lake Guanoco.”

Finally, he stressed that these actions are part of the joint work between the Government and the People: “We are working together with the people to improve the quality of life and infrastructure of communities, in line with the projects that will be elected this Sunday, November 23, in the fourth National Popular Consultation of 2025.”
