The Venezuelan Jefferson Savarino was once again the hero of Botafogo, after scoring the goal that gave him the pass in the quarterfinals of the Brazil Cup.
Botafogo beat Bragantino 1-0 in the second leg of the round of 16 of the Brazil Cup and advanced to the next phase of the tournament with an overall score of (3—0).
Savarino scored the first and only goal of the match in the 55th minute with an unbeatable right hand for the rival goalkeeper.
This is the first goal for the Venezuelan in three games played in the current edition of the Co pa.
