Works under construction are supervised in the Pueblo Heroico Caribe Caracas-La Guaira corridor

A new oversight of the works being carried out in the Pueblo Heroico Caribe Caracas-La Guaira Corridor was carried out at the beginning of 2026, headed by the Sectorial Vice Presidency for Public Works and Services led by Major General Jorge Márquez, together with the Guerreros y Guerreras Commune of Ojo de Agua.
The route specifically allowed the supervision of work carried out by the National Executive, to favor the people of the Chávez Forever Communes, which include the communities of Guaracarumbo, Blandín in Victoria and Guerreros y Guerreras de Ojo de Agua, such as the Plan Resolve Your Street with the installation of hot asphalt, the Community Roof Plan with the waterproofing of houses.
In addition to the rehabilitation of the Mission Base, restoration of the softball court, public lighting, whitewater work, edge fault work, construction of premises to support entrepreneurs, among others.
Also present at the deployment were the Mayor of Caracas, Chief Admiral Carmen Meléndez, the Single Authority of the Major Corridor General El Nayade Lockiby, and the ministers of Public Works, Transportation, Habitat and Housing and Water Care.
