XII Guaicaipura Theater Festival 2025 will be held from October 09 to 19

The Guaicaipura municipality of the Bolivarian state of Miranda is preparing for a new edition of its scenic festival with the official announcement of the XII Guaicaipura Theater Festival 2025, which will be held from October 09 to 19 and which will pay a well-deserved tribute to the eclectic Raúl Ortuño, an emblematic figure of the circus arts in the entity.
During the presentation under the slogan “A Stage
for All”, Mayor Farith Fraija stated that “we are announcing that the
theater, culture and performing arts of our municipality are starting their festivities.
Everyone come to our capital city to enjoy these
exhibitions.”
The festival will offer a total of 24
theatrical performances by 18 cultural groups, with more than 100 artists on
stage for 11 days of performances. Its inauguration will be on Thursday,
October 9 at the Emma Soler Theater at 4:00pm with the play The Little Prince.
In addition, as part of the festival, the shows
will reach educational and community spaces such as the U.E.N.B Tácata, the
San José de Guaremal Commune and Matica Revolutionary, as well as to the Guaicaipura Square in Los Teques.
