Yangervis Solarte returns to baseball with the Tiburones de La Guaira team

Yangervis Solarte, was announced as a player for Tiburones de La Guaira for the 2024-2025 edition of the LVBP, adding a player with major league experience in the search for the two-time championship.

Solarte, who played in several Major League Baseball organizations, arrived for the last time in the Big Tent with the San Francisco Giants (2019), and in 2024 he uniformed with Algodoneros de Unión Laguna and Guerreros de Oaxaca, where he averaged 18 undisputed, 11 chartered lines, 10 scored and 10 passports received after 96 rounds.

Known as “Sexy Time”, Solarte will report with our La Guaira Sharks to increase versatility in the infield and put himself under the command of manager Oswaldo Guillén.
