Yaracuy is preparing for the Second National Popular Consultation 2025

The regional authorities of Yaracuy have announced the details of the Second National Popular Consultation 2025, which will take place next Sunday, May 27, in which the entity will present 748 proposals aligned with the Plan of the 7 Transformations promoted by President Nicolás Maduro, with the objective of selecting 224 works to be carried out in the 112 Communes of the region.

At a press conference, the governor in charge, Juan Torrealba, accompanied by Germán Prado, regional director of the Ministry for the Communes; Fran Molleja, director of the Regional Electoral Office; Yecenia López, coordinator of the Federal Government Council; and Jesús Rodríguez, Secretary of Community Power, highlighted the leading role of the people in this process.

Torrealba stressed that this effort not only represents a financial impact, but also reflects the intelligence and ethics of the Yaracuyan people. Thanks to this initiative, significant advances have been made in infrastructure, such as health centers, schools and basic services, strengthening the well-being of communities.

It should be noted that, through the National Consultations, Yaracuy has managed to finance 448 community projects with resources exceeding 4 million dollars, aimed at solving community problems with responsibility and efficiency, according to a press release from the Government.
