This Sunday, the Communes and Communal Circuits of the Santa Rosalía territorial area, in Caracas, implemented an auction operation to motivate with joy and enthusiasm the participation of those neighbors who had not exercised their right to vote in the fourth National Popular Consultation to choose the projects prioritized by the communities.

Franyelín Caruso, recognized that having prioritized projects in Citizens' and Citizens' Assemblies made it easier for voters to last the voting ceremony because they knew which project was their preference or convenience.

“We called many of them, we reached out to others on social networks and we also invited our acquaintances or people who passed by to vote. The horseshoe was only two steps away and regardless of the militancy we explained the importance for the community to support the project,” said Caruso.

He also highlighted the importance of young people exercising their right to vote in this Consultation in the same way as they did in the Popular Youth Consultation on July 27.

‎ “The projects we want to be implemented are for the benefit of the collective, whether they are young people, children or the elderly, the important thing is to seize the vote to deepen the participatory and leading democracy of the people,” said the young grassroots militant of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela.
