400 municipalities in Miranda will begin training for the execution of projects at INCES

Members of 400 communes in Miranda state will initiate plans for the development and execution of projects through the National Institute for Socialist Training and Education (INCES).

“The INCES goes to the communities, a program that diagnosed weaknesses in any area, the INCES will mobilize with its teams to train people in the commune to meet this need,” said Olga Pacheco, spokeswoman for the entity's communes block.

He specified that municipalities will be able to use the IncesApp, a tool that contains more than 390 courses and workshops.

“The courses will not only be for labor investment such as hairdressers, barbershops, textiles, but also at the academic level they can expand their training,” he said.

He added that with the support of the Territorial Polytechnic University of the Valles del Tuy, a diploma in Accounting was proposed for the spokespersons of the economy in the territorial axis, according to a note from the VTV website.
