Bolivarian Government applies vaccine against Yellow Fever in Monagas

Around 5,021 doses have been placed at 224 active vaccination sites in Monagas state over the past few days.
The information was released by the Director of Regional Epidemiology, Álvaro Chacoa, who added that the Government of the entity, through the Regional Department of Epidemiology, and the Ministry of People's Power for Health, has provided 229 vaccinators in the 19 Comprehensive Community Health Areas, to intensify the vaccination day against yellow fever throughout the territory of Monagua.
It should be noted that the same has been provided for the public administration workforce and private companies in accordance with the planning and coordination of the ministerial body.
“We have guided our teams of vaccinators from the Expanded Immunization Program (PAI) in the 19 ASIC to join this special day and continue with vaccination schedules, promoting the prevention of immunological and very special diseases, given the health alert issued by the MPPS,” he explained, quoted by the regional press.
