The mayor of San Felipe, Rogger Daza, announced the signing of six agreements to finance the projects that won second place in the Second National Popular Consultation 2025 in Yaracuy state.
Daza specified that the projects benefited belong to the socialist communes Jorge Rodríguez, María Valentina Pinto, Simón Rodríguez, San Felipe El Fuerte, Eje Guayabal and Cimarrón Andresote. He also reported that the municipality has 15 communal territories, to which the corresponding funding for their initiatives will be progressively approved.
The mayor recalled that, following the guidelines of constitutional president Nicolás Maduro, mayors will assume the transfer of resources. “We, committed to this obedient system of government, are giving full support to all of our communes in San Felipe. We sign, transfer and so we comply to guarantee good living,” he said.
He stressed that this methodology allows democratic consultation of projects, where the People's Power chooses the solutions to materialize for the different problems posed by the communities, according to a press release from the Government of Yaracuy.
