The Administrative Service for Identification, Migration and Aliens (SAIME) inaugurated a new office in Tumremo, Sifontes municipality, in the state of Bolívar, to guarantee the identification process for all the inhabitants of the town and to assist them in a timely manner with any requirement of the institution.
The information was released by the state coordinator of SAIME, Yocasta López, who stressed that this is possible thanks to the support of the National Government and the management promoted by the national director of this institution, Gustavo Vizcaíno.
He added that more than 10,000 procedures are carried out in Bolívar, through the five offices that remain operational in the entity: Ciudad Bolívar, Puerto Ordaz, San Félix, Upata and Tumremo. He also mentioned that an operation was recently carried out in which 75,000 people were treated.
It is important to mention that, the technological advances implemented by SAIME, allow users to manage their procedures in a simpler and safer way, since once they obtain their appointment online, they only have to go to the office in their jurisdiction to manage the identity document.
