Bolivarian Government inspects construction of a pier in Ocumare de la Costa de Oro in Aragua

The construction of the Ocumare Pier de la Costa de Oro, located in the La Boca sector of the state of Aragua, is in the final phase of its execution, for this reason the regional government team inspected the last details of this work, which will set an important precedent in the economy and transport of the entity.

The supervisory tour was led by the governor of the entity Karina Carpio; the mayor of the jurisdiction, Wilmer Leal, and other representatives of the regional executive.

This pier will serve as a waterway that will connect the Regional Coastal Axis with the rest of the country, attracting a greater number of tourists and investors, as well as boosting the import and export of numerous items.

Infrastructure of excellence due to its materials and construction is part of the transformations guided by the Homeland Plan led by President Nicolás Maduro, aimed at turning Venezuela into a benchmark for productivity, according to a press release.
