Bolivarian Government recovers and delivers road section of the Charallave-Ocumare Highway

This Monday, July 7th, the Bolivarian Government handed over the road section of the Charallave-Ocumare Highway, in the Mata Linda sector of Miranda state, where an immense edge fault was corrected, building different types of hydraulic protections, road reconstruction and asphalting.
The information was released by the Deputy Minister of Land Transport, Héctor Rojas, in his account on the social network Instragram, in which he specified that the delivery was made in compliance with the instructions of the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro and the Minister of Popular Power for Transport, Ramón Velásquez Araguayán.
He noted that during the activity he was accompanied by the governor of Miranda, Elio Serrano.
He noted that “the reopening of the highway was achieved, benefiting all Mirandinos, especially the Tuyeros who travel between Charallave and Ocumare”.
For his part, in his account on the same social network, the governor of the Mirandina entity, Elio Serrano, stressed that “this is achieved thanks to working together with the National, Local Government and the Popular Power to benefit more than 16,000 inhabitants of the Valles del Tuy”.
He explained that among the works that were carried out on this important road artery, the repair of more than 160 meters in length of an edge fault, dredging and channeling of the ravine, the placement of 1,200 cubic meters of creto bags of several tons, as well as the installation of cat's eyes and the respective demarcation, for greater safety of the more than 16,000 passers-by who use this road every day.
