The general secretary
of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, emphasized
that the municipal elections on July 27 will be a popular holiday.
“July 27 is going to be a popular festival; youth festival, candidates' party, town festivities and popular victory party,” Cabello said during his program Con el Mazo Dando No. 530, in which he pointed out that these elections will be held in conjunction with the Youth Consultation.

In that sense, he dismissed the baseless
criticism by opposition extremism against this new electoral
process, where Venezuelans will elect mayors and municipal councils.
“The
elections of May 25 were under threat and that is why now they are saying: How
is it possible that others will be held?” , he added.
He emphasized that while the
opposition is in its hatred and divisions, the revolutionary forces
are organizing and already have more than 155,000 names for candidates
proposed by the People in Consultative Assemblies held in 47,000 communities across the country.
“More than 155,000 names were proposed. Where did those names come from? From an office that we have? No, the People proposed it on a beautiful day where colleagues from the Great Patriotic Pole, Social Movements participated... , the one who wanted to participate, participated without any problems”.

At the same time, he recalled that
on Monday, 95% of the communities had already uploaded the data
of the proposed men and women to the CC200 System. In addition, he reaffirmed that of these postulates, those who are chosen as candidates know that “they must go out and kick ass with the People”.
“Here in Venezuela, on
July 27, it will be ratified that we are on the democratic path (...) What
we have is that, as Commander Chávez says: To remain united as a solid
block,” he said.
Here in Venezuela we are
concerned about the violation of human rights in the United States
The also
sectoral vice-president of Politics, Citizen Security and Peace assured that Venezuela expresses concern
about the violation of Human Rights (Human Rights) that occurs in the United
States (USA) in raids against migrants, as well as the use
of violence by police forces during protests in that country.
“Here in Venezuela we are deeply concerned about the violation of human rights in the United States against the Latino population, against the migrant people,” he said and questioned the silence that international bodies keep for these actions.

At the same time, he assured that if the
violation of human rights were taking place in Venezuela,
international organizations “would have already spoken out.” In addition, he recalled the abuses
suffered by members of the Bolivarian National Guard (GNB) and the police
during the guarimbas.
For this reason, he rejected the
justification of the President of the United States, Donald Trump, regarding
the violation of human rights , of those who demonstrate against immigration measures.
In addition, he took the opportunity
to reiterate the call to the United States to return Venezuelan children. In
turn, he denounced that in the North American country “
Venezuelan children are separated and kidnapped and handed over to substitute families, which are
nothing substitute families, because their real family is here in their land and there what they want is to have a slave.”
“We demand that they return the children to their country, here are their families,” he said.

Opposition politics in
Venezuela has no scruples
Cabello assured that opposition politics in Venezuela have
demonstrated that they have no scruples, allying themselves with terrorists and drug traffickers
in order to fulfill their ambitions to come to power.
In that regard, he mentioned that behind
the weapons and paramilitaries coming from Trinidad and Tobago are
drug trafficking and fascist groups in Venezuelan politics.
“Some of the weapons come from there, one of the detainees is a Trinidadian, and you don't say what intentions they came with because that's part of the investigation. And who is behind it? Narcoparamilitarism and opposition politics in Venezuela that has no scruples, that is capable of allying itself with anyone in order to return to governing in Venezuela,” he said.

The Minister for Internal
Relations, Justice and Peace also made these statements in reference
to the operation carried out in the east of the country in which a batch
of weapons was seized and a natural citizen of Trinidad and Tobago was arrested.
He mentioned that
an investigation by the La Tabla portal is also striking, which refers to the complaint of the
loss of 100,000 cartridges in two military units in Trinidad and no one knows
where they are. “
Guns and ammunition are disappearing in Trinidad and Tobago and when we say that this is
happening, then they feel offended,” he said.
With regard to the opposition sectors that insist on attacking their own Homeland, he assured that these characters “are not going to rule here again (...) Rintin and Superman will return, but you will never return, no”.

Come to Venezuela, this
is a country that lives in peace and tranquility
Regarding the campaign
promoted by imperialism and its lackeys against Venezuela, the
revolutionary leader pointed out that Venezuela is a country that is in peace and tranquility
and anyone can come and see it.
“That's what we say; we
want people from outside to come to Venezuela and see how the country is doing in
peace and tranquility,” he said.
He also noted that he recently held a meeting with a delegation of foreign tourists and recommended that they see “the reality of the country, that they go to a neighborhood on a Friday night to enjoy one and a half of the other.”

He added that, both in the
capital and in the interior of the country, what people want is to live in peace,
without being carried away by warrior people.
At the same time, he challenged us to compare what the
streets of the United States and Venezuela are today. “Let's put context: what's happening in
Venezuela and in the United States. They wanted to cause a disaster in
Venezuela and it was reversed, applauded by those who say that Trump is not
wrong,” he said.
“What we ask
for is respect, we don't ask anyone for something different than respect, we don't meddle in anyone's internal affairs, in Venezuela we Venezuelans are the
ones who decide how things are done,
no one is going to come from outside to tell us what we know how to do,” he emphasized.
Longliners promote the
stigmatization of Venezuelans in the world
Diosdado Cabello assured that longliners, as well as leaders of the extreme right, are the ones who have promoted hatred and stigmatization
against Venezuelan migrants around the world.
“They called for sanctions, blockades, now: 'Oh, they're persecuting us all! ' Okay, if you said that Venezuelans were rats, that you said that Venezuelans were a plague and you applauded and interviewed Julio Borges because he said we were a contagious disease,” he said.

In addition, he recalled that, both
longliners and extreme rightists, they were the ones who promoted the Aragua Train campaign and applauded Donald Trump
when he sent Venezuelans to El Salvador.
“Weren't you the one who
promoted that? And then they come and go saying with their badly washed face: 'No,
we're waiting for the family's embrace'; the family's embrace is
being given to them right now in Revolution. Why? because there is a real plan,”
he said, referring to the actions promoted by María Corina
Machado and her band.
In turn, he described Federico Alves as
irresponsible, who in the same narrative to disqualify
Venezuelans tried to link Venezuela to the attack of the Colombian senator, Miguel Uribe.
“These are called Venezuelans, those are not Venezuelans at all, because these are the ones who have contributed (...) to the stigmatization of Venezuelans in the world with these things,” he said.
