Cabello on Leopoldo López: He's a thief, a rascal and a family scoundrel

“He is a guy disguised as a Venezuelan, he has never been Venezuelan, he doesn't have that spirit (...) he's a thief, a rascal, a scoundrel with money, or rather a family rascal,” said the general secretary of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello, of the extreme right and fugitive from justice, Leopoldo López, regarding the calls for invasion against the country.

In this regard, during his Con El Mazo Dando program No. 544, he pointed out that the requests made by this opposition figure are not surprising because he comes from the fascist movement known as “tradition, family and property”.

He pointed out that López is part of the groups of the family elites in this country that governed the country through political parties. At the same time, he assured that this ended with the arrival of Commander Hugo Chávez and has been reinforced by President Nicolás Maduro.

“They were annoyed and said: 'we are no longer going to be able to go on being political, so we are going to govern ourself' (...) the consequence of this is that everyone felt chosen (...) and began to kill each other,” Cabello said of López's political class, which he described as “parasites, sons of daddy and mommy who have never set foot on the ground”.

He pointed out that this political class is the same one that wants to take its fights to the people. “Keep killing each other, that's not our problem, in the end all of them are family and have a family bond,” he said and noted that these opponents “are the scum of Venezuelan society, who have believed themselves to be the masters of the valley all their lives.”

He reaffirmed that he has nothing against that policy, but he is against what they represent. “Of course and I will face them, well I am facing it not since now, we have been against it all our lives,” he said, referring to the case of Lorenzo Mendoza, who, for example, represents the theft of the people's money for the benefit of a family.
