Cabello revealed how the far-right coyote network works to promote migration (+complaint)

This Friday, January 31, the sectoral vice-president for Politics, Citizen Security and Peace, Diosdado Cabello, released a complaint that reveals how the ultra-right coyote mafia works with regard to the issue of Venezuelan migration.

In this regard, during her podcast Sin Truco Ni Maña, which she hosts with the deputy to the National Assembly (AN), Tania Díaz, she explained that a citizen alias Gabriel was recruited in Peru to integrate and begin to promote “acts prone to the migration of Venezuelans abroad”.

“Some time later, taking advantage of my practices from my previous performance, I was a policeman, I managed to contact Roxana Barrera and Kervin Rojas from Voluntad Popular, characters sent by Juan Guaidó to Colombia responsible for managing U.S. funding and dealing with the migratory and humanitarian crisis of Venezuelans in this region,” Cabello revealed about alias Gabriel.

Cabello specified that in his complaint alias Gabriel assured that a new operating mode was imposed on him, which is orchestrated by Carlos Vecchio of Popular Will, who has a position in the United States, “I made telephone contact with Mrs. María Elena Graterol Godoy from the United States, who told me that in the state of Zulia I had some lawyer friends who coordinated everything for migrate out of the country, from Venezuela to Mexico and then to the United States”.

Thus, according to the complaint, he indicated that the lawyers are known as Wilfredo Montero and Pedro Arias, who run the Buffet Legal Solution, and together with Vecchio, Guaidó and the entire network of coyotes, they charge approximately 4,000 dollars in operating mode to promote migration.

He specified that this money is to provide illegal documentation to people in order to declare themselves “politically persecuted”.

“It includes carrying out false judicial persecution against Venezuelans, registrations in opposition political parties and acts that demonstrate the participation in guarimbas acts, as well as the transfer and stay in Mexico for a week, so that through groups that operate on the border, coyotes and with the cooperation of North American authorities cross the border between Mexico and the United States, and already in this last destination they are put in contact Mrs. María Elena Graterol Godoy and Luisa Elena Rosales, who carry out fraudulent documentation, with a political seal and everything, to process political asylum,” Cabello explained based on the complaint about the migratory operation that operates like a mafia.

He also specified that alias Gabriel was appointed as Carlos Vecchio's missionary to direct activities on the migratory effect, which are carried out “so that the Popular Will party, the representatives of Juan Guaidó, can justify the money embezzled by them.”

“If you have noticed that Carlos Vecchio has tirelessly asked for the extension of temporary protected status for Venezuelans in the United States, it is to convince his compatriots to migrate to that nation, where they are hopeful of dignity, but the truth is that all Venezuelans bear all the expenses of this journey that ends up disappointing them,” he said of the complaint.

For this reason, Cabello said that it is clear that the issue of migration is a mafia for sectors of the extreme right, especially for Juan Guaidó, Carlos Vecchio, David Smolansky, Julio Borges, Carlos Paparoni and Miguel Pizarro.

“It's not that they want to protect them ( Venezuelans) that's their business,” he said.
