Cabello: Revolutionaries will use a method to choose candidates from the bottom up

The first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello, assured that in the framework of the elections of April 27, the revolutionary forces are preparing a method to choose the candidates of the Revolution from the ground up for this electoral process.
