The first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello and the deputy Tania Díaz, in the second broadcast of their new podcast Sin Truco Ni Maña, have addressed the relevance of the topic on bullying.

After presenting audiovisual material with opinions on bullying, the parliamentarian said that “this is a very important topic”.

“Bullying has always existed, you evaded it to avoid confrontations and you hid it everywhere so they wouldn't see it,” said Cabello, adding that “there is a detail that is being seen now that is evil and that has to do with the times, the management of social networks.”

The first vice-president of the PSUV referred to the fact that in other times “what happened most was pushing someone else to laugh or putting gum in their hair was the most daring thing ( ... )”; in this sense, he recalled a girl in Zulia with disabilities who was forced to set herself on fire and then died.

He also stressed that, through a plan of the Bolivarian National Police (PNB), they searched for those guilty of recent bullying at the Juan Escalona School “, located in El Hatillo, in the Metropolitan Area of Caracas and were handed over to the prosecutor's office and competent courts in matters of minors.

“Through the networks they have talked about poisoning, none of this is coincidental and we are going to get to the end of this,” said Cabello.
