Cabello: The United States builds a narrative on its lies to escalate its siege against the country

The Secretary General of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, said that the country is still moving in the face of the threats and siege of the U.S. empire against our country, which persist, with different variants.

He warned that over lies, the United States “builds a narrative and with that narrative they are escalating.”

In this regard, he pointed out that in the long history of imperialism, its actions of siege and threats are “all based on Fake News, on lies, on cobas”

During its Con El Mazo Dando program, on broadcast number 544, the history of aggressions by North American imperialism that have been based on deception, as happened in Vietnam, Libya, Syria or weapons of mass destruction in Iraq, or in Venezuela.

He noted that Venezuela, under the guidelines of the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, “has been prepared within the framework of the Constitution, which contemplates the comprehensive defense of the Nation, which is the co-responsibility of all Venezuelans.”

He expressed his joy at the willingness of the People to defend the Homeland on a voluntary basis, “when in other countries they recruit children from the age of 16 and send them to war and end up giving them drugs. In other countries they hire mercenaries (...) on the other hand, defending the Homeland is voluntary for Venezuelans.”
