Cabello: There are people who don't want the town to celebrate Christmas

Those enemies of Venezuela who rejoice when situations occur in our country that do not allow the population to be calm, are going to crash into the joy of our population, said the Minister of Interior, Justice and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón.

“There are people who enjoy the fact that others are not calm. That's sick. There are people who don't want the people to celebrate Christmas, but they are going to encounter structural joy, here we are going to celebrate,” Cabello reported during the event of the Activation of the Peace Quadrants in the Altos Mirandinos.

In the same way, Cabello recommended the installation of security cameras in different areas of the country to reinforce the issue of police surveillance. “The cameras are a passive security system that are in one place and allow anyone who wants to act badly to record,” he said.

For her part, the mayor of the Carrizal municipality of Miranda state, Jennifer Mujica, highlighted that crime rates have been reduced by 38% in her town. “We are also working to humanize the police,” he said.
