Caracas Mayor's Office frees public spaces from scrap in 18 parishes

The mayor's office of Caracas, through the Libertador municipal services corporation, reported the progress of the Scrap Plan in 18 populous parishes in the capital.

According to information published on the web portal of the newspaper Última Noticias, this deployment of collection of ferrous waste and abandoned vehicles was carried out simultaneously in San Bernardino, San Pedro, Caricuao, Coche, San Agustín, Sucre, El Paraíso, Macarao, El Recreo, San José, La Vega, El Valle, San Juan, La Pastora, Altagracia, January 23, El Junquito and Antímano.

In this sense, it became known that these days are part of a sustained planning that seeks to cover the 22 parishes in the jurisdiction; likewise, it became known that for new collection requests, reports must be formalized through their digital contact channels.

“The service corporation emphasized that citizens interested in requesting the removal of ferrous materials in their communities must compulsorily record the exact location of the request together with an active telephone number to coordinate the corresponding inspections,” the newspaper reported.
