Caracas Metro strengthens preventive maintenance at the Antímano substation

The Electrification Management of the Caracas Metro carries out preventive maintenance and calibration of main groups 1 and 2 at the Antímano substation.

The information was provided by the Caracas Metro through its Instagram account, the work includes cleaning, overhauling and regulating transformers, circuit breakers, connection equipment, auxiliary service units, main switches, rectifiers and line switches, with the objective of ensuring operational stability and energy supply efficiency.

The Antímano substation plays a strategic role in adapting the current to the railway network.
