The Community Electoral Commission, after carrying out the ballots and uploading the results of this Sunday's Popular Consultation to an automated system, will submit these data to the Federal Governing Council to begin the process of allocating resources.

This was reported by the vice-president of the National Electoral Council (CNE), Carlos Quintero, who stressed that after this process, the communal circuits will have the necessary reparation to carry out control over the resources that were given to them for the execution of the projects.

“The People believe in participatory and proactive democracy. The People want the new State to be born in the heat of participation, with the vote, to endorse their decisions,” he said during a telephone contact with Venezolana de Televisión (VTV).

In the same way, he thanked the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB) for their support in mobilizing and protecting electoral material; the Ministry of Education for the adaptation of the campuses to carry out the votes; and the CNE for its work to carry out this process.
