Through the National Institute for Socialist Training and Education (INCES), members of 400 communes in the state of Miranda will initiate a training plan for the development and execution of projects, as announced by the spokeswoman for the region's commune block, Olga Pacheco.
The representative of the Legislative Council of Miranda, Yosmari Guevara, and the representative of INCES in the entity, Noris Soto, participated in the meeting held at the INCES in Los Cortijos, who decided that technical rooms will be installed in each municipality for the registration of communal projects, and the diagnosis of training needs will be carried out.
“The INCES goes to the communities, a program that diagnosed weaknesses in any area, the Inces will mobilize with its teams to train people in the commune to meet this need,” said Pacheco.
He added that municipalities will have at their disposal the INCESAPP digital application to learn about the more than 390 courses and workshops. “The courses will not only be for labor investment such as hairdressers, barbershops, textiles, but also at the academic level they can expand their training,” he said.
It was also proposed that, together with the Territorial Polytechnic University of the Valles del Tuy, a diploma course in Accounting be started for the spokespersons of the economy in the territorial axis.
