CORPOELEC cleared more than 190 thousand meters of power lines in Portuguesa during 2025

The National Electric Corporation (CORPOELEC) cleared vegetation on more than 190,000 meters of transmission and distribution lines this year in the state of Cojedes, ensuring the continuity of electricity service for more than 415,000 users.
According to a press release, the crews were strategically deployed in communities in the municipalities of Ezequiel Zamora, Tinaquillo, Tinaco, Anzoátegui, Rómulo Gallegos, Ricaurte, Lima Blanco, Pao de San Juan Bautista, Girardot and Arismendi, serving directly the population of Llanera.
The work was frequently carried out in the San Isidro, Taguanes, Center I and II, Manantiales, Unefa, Macapo, Tinaco, Lomas del Viento, Pao Tirado Terminal, Airport, Veneiran, Apartaderos, Las Vegas, Autódromo, Manrique, Mapuey, Industrial Zone, Caño Hondo, Inos, Caribe, Hospital, Caño de Indio, Guamita, Hilandería, Souto, Hydrocenter, Lagunitas, Zambrano, Arismendi, Cojedito, Ojo de El Agua, and Camoruco, ensuring the operability of the networks and the efficient provision of the service.
These maneuvers are part of CORPOELEC's strategies, focused on providing reliable and safe service to the Venezuelan population, strengthening the stability of the National Electric System (SEN).
