CORPOELEC strengthens power lines for the benefit of more than 1,200 families in Tachirense

Through maintenance and replacement of power lines in the Juana La Avanzadora communal circuit, the National Electric Corporation (CORPOELEC) strengthened the provision of service to more than 1,200 families in the border area of the Andean region.
The works included the replacement of the electricity grid on 9th and 10th streets in the José Gregorio Hernández de Ureña sector, benefiting commercial and residential users.
These tasks, according to a press release from CORPOELEC, contribute to optimizing the quality of energy supply in communities in the Dr. Francisco Romero Lobo parish, including the villages Barinitas, Cacaquero, El Roedor, La Cuchilla, Las Mesas, Las Mesas Ricas, Palmichal, Vega de la Pava, Nuevo Mundo and the neighborhoods Alto Viento, Calichero, Fundo Nuevo, La Playa, Macanillo, Loma de Pagan a and its surroundings.
