Diosdado Cabello: We are a responsible government with proven effective anti-drug operations

In Venezuela, there is a responsible government, truly dedicated to combating drug trafficking with anti-drug operations that are proven to be effective, said the Minister of Interior, Justice and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón.

“We are a responsible government with proven effective anti-drug operations,” said Cabello, while highlighting how the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB) and State Security Agencies act in accordance with national and international laws, respecting the right to life.

In this regard, during a press conference held this Wednesday, Cabello highlighted the effectiveness with which the recent seizure of a boat, type Go Fast, with 3,680 kilos of cocaine, was carried out.

“In this one there were 100 bags of cocaine hydrochloride, a satellite phone, two smartphones, two radio transmitters, a GPS and 2,400 liters of fuel stored in 28 drinking straws. This is the evidence, this is how you do an operation when you want to prove a fact. We don't bomb a boat without knowing it. We fully have those responsible but we don't murder them,” he emphasized.
