The Strategic Operational Commander of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces, Domingo Hernández Lárez, reported that during the exercise of the upper phase of the Independence Plan 200, an exercise was carried out with combat aircraft, through which a hostile aircraft was disabled in the national sky.
He specified that this number rises to 24 unused hostile aircraft so far this year and 415 since the creation of the Integral Aerospace Defense Command (CODAI).
He added that “two structures were deployed in this exercise: armed force and management bodies, each with 25 tasks to search the ground.”
In this regard, he specified that in the Battlefield Operating Systems he was deployed looking for positions in the event of a military aggression, since, in the event of such a scenario, everyday life should not be lost. “There can be no strategic paralysis, the people must keep marching, the children going to schools, the works must continue to be carried out (...) Everything must be working, but in that exercise we took a position of deconcentrating our resources and developing all plans, that is, deployment throughout the country.”
