Government of Lara rehabilitates Concepción Mariño de Barquisimeto school

The Government of Lara handed over the rehabilitated Concepción Mariño National Basic School (El Coriano), located in Barquisimeto, Iribarren municipality, for the benefit of more than 700 young students.

The event was led by the Deputy Minister of Facilities and Logistics, and president of the Foundation for Buildings and Educational Endowments (FEDE), Willian Gil. “I am very happy to hand over this institution, I will also be visiting other institutions to which we are going to lend a hand to deliver new packages,” he said, quoted by a local press release.

The structure received improvements in the electrical and sanitary system, wall and floor conditioning, as well as general painting and cleaning of green areas, and the work was carried out by the FEDE and the Military Community Brigades for Education and Health (BRICOMILES).
