Head of Government of Caracas toured the main avenues of the capital after earthquakes

The head of
government of Caracas, Nahum Fernández, toured the main avenues of the Venezuelan
capital, together with security agencies, after the earthquakes
recorded in the country over the past few hours.
“We carried out the
patrol after the earthquake, which has already
registered more than 21 aftershocks. The Peace Quadrants are active and in
full deployment following the guidelines of President Nicolás Maduro,” Fernández said
in a video posted on his social networks.
Fernández was accompanied by the director of Civil Protection of Caracas, Enrique Vanegas; the assistant commander of the Fire Department in Caracas and the head of the Integral Security and Defense Cabinet of the Government of Caracas, Santis Elvis Martínez.
The head of
government of Caracas recalled that the first seismic event was at 6:20 in the
afternoon and the second was exactly at 11:51 and the aftershocks continued.
